Basically, it’s a meta-site built around Twitter that provides some functionality that it lacks: it makes it easy to find eligible folks who live near you, put up some photos of yourself, and have private conversations that aren’t constrained by Twitter’s 140 character limit.

If you can look past the name, it’s a pretty good idea: Twitter users tend to love Twitter like crazy, so if you can put those sorts of people together, you might actually end up with a good pairing. The site is stylish and fast, and building on top of Twitter hooks them into a very healthy ecosystem. If they can avoid getting stomped by Plenty of Fish over the name, they might just be set.
